- Even if you choose to upgrade the shipping, regular order processing times still apply.
- Carriers are chosen at our discretion. -We do not accept 3rd party carriers.
When ordering multiple items...only those that begin with the same product letters will ship together, otherwise, they will ship from separate locations and may arrive on different days.
*Please note: We will always try to estimate which gift will arrive 1st and include a note that another gift is on it's way and will arrive shortly so your recipient knows to expect it.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: Currently Fedex is not offering the option to add a signature to ground shipping nor are they guaranteeing any express shipments at this time. If you choose Express and it is not delivered on time as promised by Fedex, they will not honor any guarantees nor refund any money.
As of November 24, 2020 - FedEx is not honoring address changes once the packages leave and are en route as they are overwhelmed this holiday season. PLEASE make sure to check your addresses before placing your order and also please remember to include a phone number for your recipient.
We have no control over Fedex deliveries once a package has left our facility. All packages are handled by the driver's discretion, he may leave packages at the door or elsewhere if no one is home.
*Please do not request that we call to make sure a recipient is home to receive package...we can not do so and will process the order without contacting you.*We never include pricing with our gifts. A gift card or a packing slip may be included with a gift card message but never pricing.
